Our Story

MySA Stays was founded after more than 10 years of experience in hospitality and property management. Having worked with serviced accommodation operators both internationally and within the UK, we saw first-hand what property owners truly value - clear communication, honest advice, attention to detail, and someone they can genuinely rely on. We created MySA Stays to combine professional systems and revenue management with the warmth, responsiveness and care of a family business. Today, we proudly manage a carefully selected portfolio of properties across Cardiff and the surrounding areas, helping owners maximise their returns while providing guests with exceptional stays.

Mim

Founder & Director

With over 10 years of experience in hospitality and property management, Mim leads the day- to-day operations at MySA Stays, overseeing owner relationships, revenue management and guest experience. She began her career in a senior role with a Canadian serviced accommodation company before managing a large portfolio for a UK-based operator, giving her extensive experience in delivering exceptional guest stays and maximising property performance. Passionate about building lasting relationships, Mim combines industry expertise with a personal, hands-on approach to help owners achieve the best possible return while ensuring every guest enjoys a five-star experience.

Alasdair

Maintenance & Property Improvements

Ali leads our in-house maintenance and property improvements, helping ensure every property remains in excellent condition for owners and guests. A qualified plasterer, Ali previously worked for a building and construction company, where he developed a broad range of practical skills and an exceptional eye for detail. From routine maintenance and emergency repairs to ongoing improvements, he takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and keeping every property guest-ready all year round

Our Housekeeping Team

Quality Assurance & Property Care

Our housekeeping team is an integral part of the MySA Stays family. Rather than simply outsourcing cleans, we work directly with our cleaners, allowing us to train them to our own high standards and ensure every property is consistently presented at its very best. Because they're part of our team, they do far more than prepare a property for the next guest. They're trained to spot maintenance issues, identify signs of wear and tear, report missing inventory, and highlight anything that could affect the guest experience. This proactive approach helps us resolve issues before they become bigger problems, protecting our owners' investments while maintaining exceptional standards
